While in Roosevelt for the Holidays we enjoyed the much missed snow and -9 degree weather.

Liams first ride was with his daddy. He wanted to ride all by himself after that. This is his first ride. I love his little scream. We stayed for 2 hours and he didn't want to go home. What is up with my laugh?

Liam always has to be decked out in all the proper gear when he does any new activity. He was so excited to wear Mom's pink ski goggles. They squished his nose the whole time but he just kept wearing them.

We used to 'surf' on our old alaskan tobaggon ( who knows how it's really spelled). THis is jon's attempt at surfiing.

Check out our faces! sledding with Liam for the first time felt like another rite of passage as a parent. THe coolest part was that we were on the same hill that I grew up sledding on.

Happy Christmas everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed the season this year. We were lucky enough to travel to Utah to see Grandparents White and the White Clan whom we dearly miss. We loved being in their company although it felt short lived.

After sitting on Santa's lap and asking for a 'shake and go crash car' Liam got to visit with the local fire department. Fireman Santa had to run back to the fire station for some reason and Liam was saved from trying to figure out how Santa went from the Ward christmas party to the a firetruck so fast. And why he changed his red suit and beard for that matter.

My cute little christmas elves. Liam really wants to be a grown up and take care of Anna the way we do. No matter how many times he takes away toys or scares her with his boyish wiles, she always gives him a fabulous smile whenever their eyes connect.
